Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By using this website or booking with The Platform, you agree to these terms:

• Classes & Workshops: Cancellations 24+ hours in advance may be rescheduled. Late cancellations/no-shows are non-refundable.

• Privates & Coaching Packages: Require 24+ hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed sessions are non-refundable.

• Events & Socials: Tickets are transferable but non-refundable unless canceled by The Platform.

• Special Cases: Exceptions may be made for medical or emergency situations at our discretion.
