Liability Waiver

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By booking or attending a class, private lesson, or event at The Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Dance and physical activity carry inherent risks. You voluntarily participate at your own risk.

2. You release The Platform, its instructors, and staff from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during participation.

3. You are responsible for your own health and fitness; consult a physician before beginning physical activity.

4. You consent to The Platform’s use of photos/videos from events for promotional purposes (unless you notify us otherwise in writing).
