A man and woman performing a dance on stage with a partially draped British flag overhead. The woman is in a lunge position, supporting herself with her left hand on her knee, her right arm bent, and her mouth open in surprise. The man is in a powerful stance, flexing his right arm with his fist clenched, and facing away from the woman. The stage has a dark blue backdrop and wooden flooring, with blue curtains on the side.

About
KP & Bryn

Ken and Bryn are internationally recognized West Coast Swing champions and winners of the 2023 NASDE Tour. Their partnership began in 2017 in the Rising Star division and quickly grew into the Classic division after they won nearly every Rising Star competition on the WCS circuit. Since then, they’ve become one of the most exciting professional partnerships in the dance, known for their creativity, precision, and authentic connection.

Since then, they have worked their way up to teaching and competing at 30+ West Coast Swing events per year. They are best known for infusing their West Coast Swing with isolations and other forms of hip hop, and for their two most recent routines, which earned them 4th and 2nd place at The Open Swing Dance Championships.

Special Thanks

We’re deeply grateful to Gotham Swing Club for bringing Ken & Bryn to New York City in October 2025 and for the opportunity to collaborate during their visit. As part of their time in NYC, The Platform was honored to host them for private West Coast Swing lessons with members of our community.

Opportunities like this highlight the strength and connection of the West Coast Swing community in New York, and we’re always excited to welcome inspiring dancers and instructors into our space.
